Stipends

  • PGY1 - $44,538
  • PGY2 - $45,937
  • PGY3 - $47,694

Moving Allowance

  • Up to $2000

Insurance

  • Malpractice insurance is provided
  • Life & disability insurance equal to 3x annual base salary (rounded to the nearest $1000)
  • Health insurance available upon employment for the resident and family with employee contribution
  • Dental insurance available upon employment for the resident and family with employee contribution

Book Allowance

  • $150 will be provided during PGY1

Conference Fund & CME

  • Three days + $500 for first year residents
  • Three days + $750 for second and third year residents

Dining & Parking

  • Complimentary meals and parking provided at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital and Center

Lab Coats & Scrubs

  • PGY1 - Five coats initially, five sets of monogrammed scrubs, and complimentary laundry service
  • PGY2 - Two additional lab coats, two additional sets of scrubs, and complimentary laundry service
  • PGY3 - Complimentary laundry service

Vacation

  • 21 days per calendar year
